My girls really like to diversify their meals, but when there is something they really like, they keep asking for it again and again.

This is the case with the chicken meal and the crispy cauliflower in front of you.

The big plus is that it can be easily prepared in the oven, without the smell of frying and without the time it requires.



In the famous KFC chicken, the chicken is soaked in saturation, in the same method we soak the chicken pieces in lemon juice about an hour before starting.

It greatly softens the meat like yogurt or coconut milk, but without leaving a taste and without harming kosher keepers.

Ingredients

    • 8 skinless chicken shanks (or 4 currently divided)

    • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, to soak

    • 1 cauliflower divided into flowers

  • For the night:

    • 2 scrambled eggs

    • salt and pepper

    • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

    • 1 teaspoon mustard

  • For coating:

    • 2 cups golden bread crumbs

How to make chicken and cauliflower that children love?

  • 1 The

    chicken:

    Soak the chicken pieces in lemon juice about an hour before starting, to soften the meat.

  • 2

    Cauliflower:

    At the same time cook the cauliflower flowers for 2-3 minutes in boiling salted water, until they soften slightly, but retain shape.

    Filters and coolers.

  • 3 Preheat oven to 220 degrees.

  • 4 The

    batter:

    Beat the eggs with salt, pepper, mayonnaise and mustard.

    Dip the chunks and cauliflower flowers in the batter, remove and coat with golden bread crumbs.

    Maintain a thick and well-tight coating.

  • 5 Place the chicken and cauliflower coated in a pan lined with baking paper, sprayed or brushed with a little oil (not dietary oil spray).

    Baking:

    Put in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

    Lower the oven temperature to 190 degrees and bake for another 45 minutes or until the pieces are ready and browned.

    Insert a fork or skewer and make sure that the liquids flowing from the slices are clear - this is the estimate that they are made.
