Why is it forbidden to "hold farts inside"?

(@ dr.karanr)

We have all learned to keep in our stomachs, not just emotions.

Also foxes.

If on average a person releases gas 14 times a day, at least half of them we try to "postpone" to the stage where we will be alone and not make leaks.

Dr. Karen Raj who is famous in Tiktok for his weird medical tips, shared with his followers the disturbing reason why you should not hold a bloating in your stomach.

Dr. Raj claims that swelling that does not come out of the buttocks will eventually come out of your mouth. He says in the video: "If you hold the swelling for too long, it can be reabsorbed in your bloodstream and come out of your mouth when you exhale." He is right. For nutrition theory at a university in Australia, she explained what happens when kept in the stomach: “Accumulation of gas in the gut can cause bloating of the stomach as the gas is re-absorbed into the body and released through your breath.

Next time you feel a bowel movement and gas that wants to come out, try to go to a more comfortable place and release.

This is a physiological need.

We need to release the gas that has accumulated as a result of digested food.

Saving gas can also cause intestinal bacteria and other unpleasant consequences. "

Dr. Raj revealed more details you may not have known about swelling in a video that garnered 2.5 million views on Tiktok. He explains that anyone who claims to "never fart" - is lying: In the video, "If someone tells you that he is not a monster, he is lying and you should deny him immediately, or that he has a bowel obstruction which is already a medical emergency."

Raj also found that the average person’s daily emission volume is enough to fill a medium-sized (half-liter) balloon and added that the first puff of the day is usually the largest.

He also noted that 99 percent of the swelling is odorless gases, while only one percent is responsible for the horrible odor, which is usually sulfur.

His video received more than 5,000 comments.

"I can fill a hot air balloon on a good day," one laughed and another admitted, "I freaked out during this video."

Another person wrote: "I do not know what about you, but my bloating before bed is the worst. Ask my wife."
