"I will work here until May, then I expect there to be an industrial plan and a decision on what to do, what is the good of the Salone which still has much room for improvement. It is a heritage of the city, the territory and the country, and it must be taken into account. The city must know how to capitalize, and I hope that private individuals will also intervene. Turin should avoid putting itself in a position to start defeated: the Turin bourgeoisie has the opportunity to invest ". Lagioia explains that "with the current model, the Salone cannot grow in size, but it can grow from a qualitative point of view through collaborations with important international institutions. It can become a nerve center of European publishing ".

The atmosphere of the Salone was wonderful, full of enthusiasm, of the desire to be together. A real party.

Long queues at the entrances, but also in front of the meeting rooms with the authors. Readers and readers, writers and writers, editors, teachers, students, families, children, especially children and many young people are back. The organization was perfect, thanks to a team of more than 90 people.

For the next edition, the president of the Circolo dei Lettore Giulio Biino says he is in favor of contamination and does not rule out synergies with the Eurovision Song Contest, which will be held in May in Turin.
