In the case of the illegally operated school on a farm in Rosenheim, the Bavarian State Office for the Protection of the Constitution has now also intervened.
"We have established references to the 'Reichsbürger' scene, so the school and the people involved are part of our monitoring mission," a spokesman for the agency told SPIEGEL.
The Bavarian Broadcasting Service reported first.
In the Schechen district of Rosenheim, the authorities closed an illegally operated school at the end of September.
According to previous knowledge, around 50 children had been taught here.
According to Wolfgang Rupp, spokesman for the Upper Bavarian government, the school was run by a foundation called “Freedom Needs Courage”, which is not listed in the German list of foundations.
It is said to be a Russian foundation.

The Office for the Protection of the Constitution is in close contact with them, according to its spokesman.
The local police are also involved, because there are "sufficiently weighty actual indications for efforts against the free democratic basic order."
According to research by Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR), the critics of the Corona measures are now trying to establish their own learning facilities in other places in Bavaria.
In at least two administrative districts there were even applications for schools to be founded.
According to the report, a woman in the Allgäu, who had already appeared on “lateral thinking” rallies and was active in the “parents stand up” initiative, submitted an application in spring to found a new elementary and middle school.
After clarification of the requirements for a foundation, the application was withdrawn, said the spokesman for the government of Swabia, Karl-Heinz Meyer, the SPIEGEL.
He does not know whether the applicant will make a new attempt.
School authorities have a duty
According to the BR report, another woman also advertised in relevant forums in the Allgäu to offer daily "alternative lessons".
The parents should therefore pay 350 euros per child per month.
There have already been several indications of this kind, according to Meyer.
"So far, however, we have not found any indications of an unauthorized school operation." But keep your eyes open and follow up on all the clues.

The Office for the Protection of the Constitution also stated that the school authorities in Bavaria were obliged to provide the State Office with "information that they had become aware of independently" that affected their statutory mandate.
