(ANSA) - NEW YORK, OCTOBER 20 - The city of New York imposes the obligation of vaccination for all municipal employees, eliminating the possibility of carrying out tests to be admitted to the workplace.
Mayor Bill de Blasio announced this, underlining that the new rule affects 160,500 workers, of which 71% are partially or fully vaccinated.
Those who decide not to get vaccinated for Covid by 29 October risk losing their job.
