The extraordinary Commissioner for the Covid emergency Francesco Figliuolo, after consulting the Ministry of Health, asked the Regions to facilitate pharmacies so that
"they can continue to carry out rapid antigenic swabs beyond service hours and on closing days"
and can perform the tampons "even in cases where the subjects have not booked".
This was announced by the Federation of Orders of Italian Pharmacists (Fofi), noting that the commissioner has accepted Fofi's proposals.
Pharmacists, says Fofi, "will be able to take advantage of this opportunity to make a service even more effective and efficient".
The Federation of the Orders of Italian Pharmacists, reads a note, "thanks the Extraordinary Commissioner for the COVID-19 emergency, General Francesco Figliuolo, for having accepted his proposal to expand the execution of rapid swabs in pharmacies, in order to to meet the obligation of green certification in the workplace ".
