The lucky winner is Antoine de Caunes.

This is far from the first time that the 67-year-old comedian has held this role, since it will be his tenth presentation.

He had been master of ceremonies from 1996 to 1999, then in 2008, 2009 and finally from 2011 to 2013.

Covid-19 and controversies

Last year, it was Marina Foïs who presented the Césars, in a ceremony necessarily special because of the Covid-19, which had its worst audience score in ten years (1.6 million viewers).

She had also been marked by the striptease of actress Corinne Masiero, who arrived on stage in donkey skin outfit, covered in fake blood.

A outfit that she had abandoned to end up naked on stage.

Behind this symbolic gesture, the desire to denounce the suffering of intermittent entertainment workers during the health crisis.
