Extend the transitional phase to ferry the social security system beyond Quota 100. According to what is learned from several sources of the majority and the government, this is one of the hypotheses on the negotiating table on pensions in view of the maneuver.
The government has proposed a 2-year transition with Quota 102 in 2022 and quota 104 in 2023 but there would be pressure to further soften what in the Dpb is defined "gradual and balanced transition to the ordinary regime".
However, the search for mediation must take into account the limit of resources which currently amount to approximately 1.5 billion in three years.
