Camilla
Romagnoli
in the Corso Francia area.
This was ordered by the judges of the Court of Appeal of Rome as required by the law for final judgments.
The young man, who was burdened with the measure of the residence obligation, must now await the decision of the Supervisory Court which will have to decide on how to serve the remaining sentence, about 3 years and 7 months.
On July 8, Genovese agreed on a final sentence of 5 years and four months on appeal.
He is accused of multiple road murder.
