(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 22 - There are 3,882 Covid test positives identified in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Health Minister. Yesterday there were 3,794. Instead, there are 39 victims in one day (yesterday 36). The molecular and antigenic swabs for coronavirus carried out in the last 24 hours in Italy are 487,218. Yesterday there were 574,671. The positivity rate is 0.8%, up from 0.66% yesterday. There are 343 patients hospitalized in intensive care for Covid in Italy, 13 fewer than yesterday in the balance between income and expenses. The daily admissions are 22. The hospitalized with symptoms in the ordinary departments are 2,443, compared to yesterday they are 4 more. Currently 73,729 positive for Covid in Italy, down by 21 people in the last 24 hours. Since the beginning of the pandemic there are 4,733,557 cases, 131,763 deaths.The discharged and healed are instead 4,528,065, with an increase of 3,861 compared to yesterday.
