Covid: Gb infections drop below 50,000, but slightly

(ANSA) - LONDON, OCTOBER 22 - Covid infections recorded in the United Kingdom in the last 24 hours are back below the level of 50,000, but few, indicated today by official data at 49,298 (almost 3000 less than yesterday) on over a million tampons.
