(ANSA) - BERLIN, OCTOBER 22 - Thousands of young activists demonstrated today in Berlin to ask the future government for specific commitments to protect the environment and the climate.
The guys from Fridays for future took to the streets again, four weeks after the elections, to demand the exit from coal by 2030 and the stop of fuel engines by 2025. This happens in the capital where negotiations for a government that started yesterday sees the Verdiforti protagonists of future political decisions in the so-called semaphore coalition, with Spd and Liberals.
The boys exhibited slogans such as: "The future is not negotiable", "leave us no choice", "the climate crisis is now", "we need action".
