(ANSA) - PALERMO, OCTOBER 23 - Ministers and former ministers, the expremier Conte and also the actor Richard Gere will parade on the bench of the witnesses at the trial of the former interior minister Matteo Salvini, accused of kidnapping and omission of attid ' office for banning the disembarkation of 147 migrants rescued by the Spanish ship Open Arms. This was decided by the court of Palermo which admitted all the texts cited by the parties. Among the witnesses admitted, in addition to the former Prime Minister Conte and the actor Richard Gere, the Minister of the Interior, Luciana Lamorgese, and three members of the so-called Conte Uno: the former Deputy Prime Minister Luigi Di Maio and the former Transport Ministers Danilo Toninelli and Defense, Elizabeth Trenta. The former director of the Aisee and the former Maltese premier Muscat are also mentioned.
The trial was postponed to December 17 for the examination of the first three witnesses of the Prosecutor's Office.
