The "Star Academy" is 20 years old: tears, laughter, whims and songs ... what the first part of Salto has in store

An anniversary celebrated with great pomp. On the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of the “Star Academy”, TF1 has prepared three special evenings to return to the emblematic telecrochet of the early 2000s. While the premiere is expected on October 30 at 9:05 pm on the front page, subscribers to Salto are entitled to a preview this Saturday. The opportunity for them to relive the great history of this important program from the turn of the century. Starting with the very first edition, in the company of the winner Jenifer but also of Jean-Pascal Lacoste, Mario Barravecchia, Patrice Maktav, Carine Haddadou, Jessica Marquez and François Roure.

Twenty years later, they all finally meet again.

The opportunity to hear again "Music", the emblematic anthem of 2001. A title which we also discover that it did not have the favors of Alexia Laroche-Joubert, deeming it "too old" and to the the opposite of what she wanted for a promotion of young artists.

Still in music, Jenifer impresses with a cover of “From Adventures to Adventures”, embellished with extracts from his interpretation two decades earlier with Serge Lama.

The whims of Madonna, Liza Minnelli or Mariah Carey

Obviously, the ex-academicians go through all the emotions. Dedicated to season 5, the second part is in the same line, with even more complicity between the candidates present.

Something to make you want to come back for the other two evenings, which will welcome Nolwenn Leroy, Emma Daumas, Élodie Frégé, Sofia Essaïdi, Mosimann, Cyril Cinélu or even the former comrades of Grégory Lemarchal.
