Ingredients
½ A teaspoon of ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground English pepper
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon of cumin
2 as a pottery or sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tablespoon dill, chopped
Chili powder, spicy
1 onion, cut into hungry
1 kg chicken or turkey, not sliced

Preparation
How to make juicy pastrami?
1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2 Place all the ingredients except the onion and chicken (or turkey) in a bowl, and mix well.
3 Place the chicken on the work surface and spread it well with the spice mixture.
4 Transfer the meat and onion quarters to a roasting bag, and place it in the baking pan.
Close the bag tightly and perforate a number of holes with a toothpick to create vents.
5 Bake for about 45 minutes, remove from the pan and allow the pastrami to cool.
Once the pastrami has cooled, it is recommended to slice it.
