The smell of the murderess was a promise here: The "crime scene" with Heike Makatsch played in part with the thriller semantics in a sophisticated way. Or do you have a different opinion?

First she hugged her father, then threw him down the stairs.

"Is my life!

If you don't have one, find one! ”Shouted the young blind woman after her father.

The unusual »crime scene« on Sunday told of a blind student who witnessed a petrol station murder - and who now used the contact with the perpetrator couple to free herself from the clutches of her fearful parents.

In our review we wrote: »That is the remarkable thing about this third SWR“ Tatort ”with Heike Makatsch as investigator Berlinger: The motif of the blind witness who is in danger and can only perceive it auditory or olfactory becomes known from several thrillers staged here against the grain.

Screenwriter Wolfgang Stauch plays with the genre semantics: The smell of the murderess is not a threat here, but a promise. «We gave six out of ten points.

How did you find the crime thriller?

A full three years have passed since the last »crime scene« with Heike Makatsch.

Now there is apparently a little bit of speed in production: Episode four is ready to shoot and will probably be broadcast in spring 2022.

The screenplay was written by Thomas Kirchner, who is also responsible for the »Spreewald« thriller on ZDF.
