An attempted kiss led to an argument between young people in Mainz.
Large and small groups of young people were on Victor Hugo Ufer when, according to the police, an unknown man from one group tried to kiss a 15-year-old girl from another group.
According to the police, the 15-year-old did not want to be kissed, and when her friend of the same age asked the man about it, he suddenly slapped the friend in the face.
Thereupon a mass brawl broke out, in which the friends of both sides participated.
According to the police, the number of people is unclear.
The man and his friends fled in different directions before the arrival of the police and could not be caught even by radio patrols that had been notified.
The police asks that relevant information be passed on to the Mainz 1 inspection.
