A man was shot and killed in Santopadre, in the province of Frosinone. Carabinieri investigations are underway on the matter. From a very early reconstruction it is assumed that it could be an attempted theft that ended in tragedy. It is not excluded that the victim broke in to carry out a theft in the home of the person who then shot.
On the spot, the surveys of the carabinieri are underway who are working to reconstruct the exact dynamics of the incident.
At the moment it is assumed a theft ended in tragedy. It is not excluded that the owner fired a rifle when he surprised the thieves in his home in Santopadre, a small town in the province of Frosinone. The three accomplices of the victim, a 39-year-old Romanian, would have managed to escape.
The owner of the house, just outside the town center, is the owner of a tobacconist's shop and it would seem that in the past he has already suffered thefts.
