(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 26 - Australia, rich in coal, has set the goal of zero net emissions by 2050. At the same time, Manello has avoided setting short-term goals in view of the climate summit.

"Australians want a zero-carbon plan by 2050 that does the right thing against climate change and secures their future," Prime Minister Scott Morrison said.
