The state of health emergency had been extended until November 15 in Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, as well as in Guyana, Reunion, French Polynesia and New Caledonia.

According to this amendment, "the measures taken to protect the population will be permanently adapted and proportionate to the health situation and, as was done in Reunion on October 15, 2021, the state of health will be terminated early. health emergency if the application of this regime is no longer necessary ”.

The “health vigilance” bill, which includes the possible use of the health pass as well as other measures to curb the Covid-19 epidemic, will be examined Wednesday in committee in the Senate and then in session on Thursday.
