200 grams of soft butter, at room temperature
⅔ Sugar powder (80 g)
2 teaspoons lemon / orange / grapefruit / lime zest - it is recommended to mix several types
1 cup ground almonds (100 g)
¼1 cups flour (175 g)

How to make butter and citrus cookies?
1 Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line an oven pan with parchment paper.
2 In a mixer bowl with a guitar hook process the butter, powdered sugar and grated citrus for a few minutes on medium speed until an apple cream is obtained.
3 Add the almonds, flour and salt and process until a uniform and soft dough is obtained.
4 Transfer the dough to a sprinkling bag with a serrated center and sprinkle with roses.
The dough spreads slightly during baking, so it is important to keep spaces between the dough drizzles.

Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cookies begin to brown slightly at the edges and remove from the oven.
Cool completely and dust with powdered sugar.
