Seventeen-year-old Sofia Raffaeli won the bronze medal, circle specialty, at the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships that are taking place in Kitakyushu (Japan).

The gymnast from the Marche region - at her world championship debut among the seniors - closed her test with 25,850 points.

Gold went to the Russian Dina Averina (27,750), the silver to the Belarusian Alina Harnasko (25,950).
