manned access gates to guarantee entry only to the authorities and accredited professionals, select shooters at strategic points, anti-drone system. The imposing device is taking shape that will guarantee the peaceful conduct of the G20 in Rome, scheduled at the 'Nuvola' in Rome, on Saturday and Sunday 30 and 31 October. The police headquarters of the capital is working closely with the Interior Ministry and with intelligence: after the errors that favored the riots and devastation of last October 9, the goal is not to leave room for underestimations that could stain an event that sees the 'Italy under the eyes of the world.
Maximum attention to sensitive targets,
to the areas where the delegations will stay, to the symbolic places of the Eternal City and to the main shopping streets where the most prestigious boutiques that could be chosen for shopping are located. Furthermore, all the routes that the heads of state and government will travel during the two days of the G20 are super-manned.
The possible risks of the G20 were examined by the Interior Ministry during the National Committee for public order and security chaired by the Minister of the Interior, Luciana Lamorgese. On that occasion it was decided to field 5,000 men. A 'shield' will also be activated from the sky, in addition to the closure of the airspace: there will thus be an anti-drone system and specialized assets of the armed forces.
The reclamations will start as early as Friday with dog lovers and bomb squads. There will also be inspections in the underground. The other areas of the capital where the heads of state and government of the various G20 countries will visit will be affected by the reclamation.
The location chosen for the summit, decentralized from the heart of the city, will make it easier to control attendance between Fuksas' 'Cloud' and the Palazzo dei Congressi, where the accredited press will converge. Great attention will be given to the protected routes that will bring the twenty delegations to EUR. The security of US President Joe Biden, who will have an interview with Prime Minister Mario Draghi on Friday 29 and will meet Pope Francis in the Vatican, will be first thought - as per tradition - by the Secret Service agents who will accompany him to Italy.
On the preventive front, the monitoring of the composite galaxy No vax and No green pass was raised by the police and intelligence to intercept any hostile intentions on websites, social networks, covered chats. The protest squares continue to fill up every Saturday throughout Italy and in Milan - on the last two occasions - there was no lack of clashes. There are left and right extremists who blow and ride the anti-system impulses of those who contest green certification. Several well-known and 'seasoned' faces identified among the demonstrators: from the Forza Nuova leader Roberto Fiore in Rome to the former Br Paolo Ferrari. As always, the meeting of the 20 draws militants fromabroad - also in this case both from the right and from the left and anarchists - and there will be a careful check in these days on possible arrivals 'at risk' from other countries.
The safety device will also have to monitor the scheduled events.
Fridays for future has called a procession for Saturday at 15, starting from piazzale Ostiense.
The Acrobax social center has promoted a 'Climate camp' from 28 October to 1 November and activists will participate in the Fridays for future march.
At 2.30 pm in San Giovanni a demonstration 'against Draghi' was called by the Communist Party and other left-wing groups.
We will then see in which place in the capital the now classic No green pass protest will take place.
Strict rules will be applied on this occasion by the police headquarters and thousands of men will be vigilant so that the protests do not degenerate.
