The Chambre de L'Instruction of the Paris Court of Appeal has set its decision on the request for extradition to Italy of Danish Hasnain, Saman's uncle, accused of "kidnapping, injury and murder ".
Last Wednesday the court accepted the defense's request, which asked for more time to analyze additional documents sent by the Italian justice system.
Today, in the courtroom, Hanain's lawyer returned to contest the validity of the European arrest warrant.
Before the judges, Saman's uncle himself also intervened, denying the accusations.
