Mummy sausage recipe: creepy Halloween finger food
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat or 180 ° C circulating air.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it lengthways into eight finger-width strips.
Then wrap the puff pastry strips around the sausages.
Leave space at the top for the mummies' eyes.
Place the mummy sausages on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake them in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
Let the sausages cool down briefly in the dressing gown.
Then shape the eyes from two small blobs of mustard and peppercorns as pupils.
The creepy mummy sausages taste good both warm and chilled on the cold buffet.
Have fun copying and scary!
