2 cloves garlic slices

How to make spinach and kalamata pita?

Make spinach and kalamata spread:
Pour olive oil into a small pan and fry the garlic for 1-2 minutes.
Grind it in a food processor with the olives, and spinach in 3-4 pulses.
Stop the food processor, clean the spinach from the sides of the pan and continue to process until the mixture is well chopped.
