Stewardess reveals - this is how you will get a first class plane upgrade (@Cierra_mistt,)

Does it make sense that all this time we could have flown in business class or first class without paying extra?

Stewardess Helena Afrogy claims that there is a method that will easily upgrade your seat on the flight and if not the seat - then at least you will receive a variety of other delicious treats.

The flight attendant claims that this method "always works" and that "the staff will rarely refuse."

What is the secret to upgrading?

She says it all comes down to courtesy.

All you have to do is be nicer to your flight attendants.

Helena told The Express: "You can come and talk to us a little bit. Not too much, unless the conversation flows, because I had passengers sitting there talking for what felt like an eternity. Then just ask. If you ask nicely and it will be possible, It's rare for the team to tell you no. "

The flight attendant also admits that they are willing to accept bribes, as long as it is sweet. If you bring something sweet and offer the stewards a taste, they may want to treat you to free tea or coffee - or more, upgrade you to a more comfortable class. She said: "What always works is when people bring snacks to staff, chocolates or anything else. It's important to make sure they know about it. Do not share and run away. Usually people do it as a way of saying 'thank you', but it happens mostly with passengers who have someone working in the family. As a steward, then they value the crew more. When traveling from Fargan, the crew chief usually says to one of the stewards 'make sure you approach him and ask him if he wants coffee or tea?' "We can give it away for free. Obviously not everything from the buffet, yes?"

Helena warns that her tips may not work for all airlines, as each company has different rules. I mean, your beautiful demeanor may not get you an upgrade, but at least you brought a smile.

Helena added that it is not worth trying her method in front of resentful stewards or in front of new stewards who are afraid to test their limits.

She explained: "Airlines have their own rules and regulations regarding upgrades and benefits, but it does not hurt to ask. It is impossible to know. I just think a new crew member will have a hard time saying 'yes' because he is afraid of the consequences (again, depending on the airline). Usually "When you work for an airline for a long time, you already know what not to do and where to go. It is better to find a staff member who is a little more senior or to find a flight attendant who can be seen as nice.

Helena's tips were backed by another flight attendant named Miguel Munoz, who said that kindness will definitely get you far when it comes to dealing with flight attendants.
