US intelligence has not reached definitive conclusions on the origin of Covid-19, with the various agencies of the 007 remaining divided but most believe "with a low level of confidence that it probably was not developed as a biological weapon".
It is one of the passages in the report declassified by the director of National Intelligence, according to which Chinese executives were unaware of the virus before the initial outbreak, which occurred in Wuhan, with the first case occurring "no later than November 2019".
