The British Queen Elizabeth II, on the advice of her doctors, will spare herself two more weeks and not travel.
The Buckingham Palace announced.
The Queen will continue to do "light" work at the desk and hold virtual audiences.
It is reportedly a precautionary measure.
The Queen was in a good mood, it was said from the palace.
Her Majesty regrets that she has had to do without events because of the medical advice, the message continues.
"But the Queen's firm decision remains that she will take part in the national memorial service for Remembrance Sunday on Saturday, November 14th." With this, the United Kingdom annually commemorates the soldiers from Great Britain and the Commonwealth of Nations who fought in the world wars to have.
Concern about the health of the 95-year-old Queen had recently grown after she had shown herself with a walking stick at two appointments.
Last week, the monarch canceled a trip to Northern Ireland and spent a night in hospital for medical tests.
Criticism of Buckingham Palace
She had officially been taken to the London hospital for "precautionary examinations."
After that, she took a few days off and waited for results.
Buckingham Palace had only published bits and pieces of information about the Queen's hospital stay, which had caused some criticism.
A few days ago the Queen canceled her trip to the world climate conference COP26 in Glasgow.
Elizabeth II, whose husband Prince Philip died in April shortly before his 100th birthday, has been Queen of the United Kingdom for nearly 70 years.
In fact, Britain's longest-serving monarch is known for her robust health.
She was hospitalized for the penultimate time in 2013 because of a gastrointestinal virus.
