According to data published Monday evening by Public Health France, 6,639 people are hospitalized due to a Covid infection (6,572 the day before) against 6,405 last Monday.
Hospitals recorded 103 new hospitalizations in 24 hours, up from 269 seven days ago.
Among them, there are 1,069 people treated in critical care because of the coronavirus, against 1,046 the day before and 1,023 a week ago.
28 patients entered on Monday.
We deplore 6 deaths which were reported by hospital services this Sunday, bringing the total to 117,657 deaths in France since the start of the pandemic in metropolitan France in March 2020.
