Roberta Bruzzone, the forensic psychologist and criminologist, was appointed as a consultant by the grandparents of Eitan, the child who survived the Mottarone tragedy and at the center of a dispute between the two family branches.

Bruzzone, indicated as a consultant by the Pelegs, assisted in Italy by lawyers Sara Carsaniga and Paolo Sevesi, explained to ANSA that Aya, the paternal aunt and guardian of the child, "is still preventing the visits of the maternal grandparents with Eitan", while "In this moment of uncertainty, as long as a court does not make decisions on foster care, it is essential that Eitan can attend both family branches".

"Enlargement to the entire family nucleus - explained Roberta Bruzzone - constitutes an important and precious increase in the resources available for the minor in a moment of very serious criticality and must be guaranteed to avoid the risk that the identity nucleus gets disorganized and generates disorders of a personological nature ".

Yesterday, the Israeli lawyers of grandfather Shmuel Peleg filed an appeal with the Tel Aviv District Court against the ruling of the Family Court which last week upheld, on the basis of the Hague Child Abduction Convention, the reasons of aunt Aya Biran, legal guardian by decision of the Court of Turin confirmed by that of Pavia.

In recent days, however, the Peleg family has repeatedly complained that the aunt, after the verdict, no longer respected the temporary agreement between the families reached in recent weeks and which provided for an alternate stay of the child of three days between Aya and her grandfather. In practice, the aunt should have brought the baby back to his grandfather and instead she never did.

Aunt's Italian lawyers, the lawyers Grazia Cesaro and Cristina Pagni, explained, again in recent days, that the Israeli Court "at the request of the guardian" has "accepted her concerns by ordering that a new agreement be negotiated that provides for surveillance. third party for Eitan's visits to the Peleg family ".

In the meantime, the child remains in Israel for now pending a decision on the appeal presented by his grandfather, who is being investigated in Pavia for kidnapping, together with his grandmother Esther Cohen and a driver, for taking the child to Tel Aviv. with a private flight from Switzerland.

Finally, proceedings are underway before the Milan Juvenile Court following the complaint lodged by the grandparents against the appointment of Aya as guardian.
