    Yesterday, the Israeli lawyers of grandfather Shmuel Peleg filed an appeal with the Tel Aviv District Court against the ruling of the Family Court which last week upheld, on the basis of the Hague Child Abduction Convention, the reasons of aunt Aya Biran, legal guardian by decision of the Court of Turin confirmed by that of Pavia.

Finally, proceedings are underway before the Milan Juvenile Court following the complaint lodged by the grandparents against the appointment of Aya as guardian.
