Ingredients

    • 400 grams of clean green beans

    • 5 pcs dried chili pepper (shatta or any other type you like)

    • 1 tablespoon Sichuan pepper (optional)

    • 4 cloves finely chopped garlic

    • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

    • 1 teaspoon salt

    • 3 tablespoons oil

    • 4 tablespoons raw tahini

How to make stir-fried green beans in tahini with chili?

  • 1 Wash the beans, remove the edges and cut each in half.

  • 2 In a wok or large skillet heat the oil and when it is hot add the garlic, chili and Sichuan pepper.

    Fry lightly, half-minute-thin (be careful not to brown).

  • 3 Add the beans and continue to fry while stirring until the pods change color to a glossy green.

  • 4 Pour 2 tablespoons of water and marmalade until all the liquids are dry.

  • 5 Add the sesame oil, salt and raw tahini and sauté for another minute.

    Serve hot.
