Fresh and crispy, the green beans are a side dish that is always fun to serve with any dish.
Preparation time does not require more than a few moments of bouncing on the pan and if you add to it an interesting seasoning like that of chef Lilach Rave, you will get even your own exclamations of admiration.
So what's Rave's secret?
A combination of raw tahini that adds great texture and flavor along with garlic, dry hot chili pepper and sesame oil.
5 minutes on the clock and you have a healthy and tasty addition that is suitable for any meal - alongside fish, meatballs, meat stew, chicken or simply next to rice.
The most delicious there is.
