Bake juicy banana muffins: Here's how
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
First, mash the bananas with a fork.
Mix the butter and sugar in a bowl with the hand mixer until creamy.
Then stir in the eggs and milk one after the other.
Mix in the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt - and stir everything in as well.
Finally, add the mashed bananas and 75 g of the chocolate droplets to the batter.
Mix all the ingredients together, but not for too long.
Line the hollows of a muffin tin with paper liners or provide silicone liners.
Fill in the dough, it is enough for approx. 18 pieces.
Scatter the remaining chocolate droplets over the muffins.
Bake the banana muffins in the hot oven for 20-25 minutes.
Then let it cool down.
For perfect, juicy muffins, you should take a few tips to heart:
First mix the moist and dry ingredients separately.
Only at the end are both mixes brought together, which makes for fluffy muffins.
Stirring the dough for too long also ensures that muffins become dry instead of juicy and fluffy.
The principle is therefore: only mix until the flour is roughly incorporated.
But now nothing can really go wrong.
Have fun baking and enjoying!
