Covid: 5,188 positives and 63 victims in 24 hours

(ANSA) - ROME, NOVEMBER 03 - There are 5,188 Covid test positives identified in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Health Minister, yesterday there were 2,834. On the other hand, there are 63 victims in one day (yesterday 41). Tests are back to record levels: 717,311 molecular and antigenic swabs for coronaviruses carried out in the last 24 hours in Italy. Yesterday there were 238,354. The positivity rate is 0.7%, down from 1.2% yesterday. Although the figure is also affected by an update by Veneto and Sicily. There are 381 patients in intensive care in Italy, 4 fewer than yesterday in the balance between entries and exits. Daily admissions are 31 (yesterday 34). The hospitalized with symptoms in the ordinary wards are 3,029, or 37 more than yesterday.
