An Antonov An-12 plane of the Belarusian airline Grodno, carrying 8 people on board flying from Yakutsk to Irkutsk, disappeared from radar screens over the Irkutsk region in eastern Siberia crashed and was found by rescuers near the village of Pivovarikha in the Irkutsk region, not far from the airfield.
The TASS reports it.
The plane, of the Belarusian company Grodno, had "disappeared from the radar screens while making a second landing attempt," the aviation search and rescue center said.
The aircraft was found in flames and no survivors were found.
