Ingredients
30 grams of dark chocolate
1 tablespoon sweet cream
3 eggs L
1 cup sugar (200 g)
¾ Whipped cream (180 ml)
1 cup 27 percent fat sour cream (200 grams)
2 cups puffed spelled flour
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
100 grams of white chocolate chocolate chips
100 grams of regular chocolate chips

Preparation
How to make a marble cake and chocolate chips?
1 Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease an English cake pan.
Melt dark chocolate with a tablespoon of sweet cream in a small cauldron, beat with a whisk until a smooth cream is obtained and remove from the heat (it is also possible in the microwave in pulses of 30 years and mixing in between).
Set aside.
3 In a large bowl whisk eggs and sugar for a few minutes until the mixture is puffy and light.

4 Gradually add while stirring oil, stop and add sour cream and puffed spelled flour and mix until the ingredients are combined and obtained on a clear night.

5 Pour a cup of the light batter into a separate small bowl and mix with the 2 teaspoons of cocoa and melted chocolate we prepared, until a uniform mass is obtained.

6 Pour into the mold half the amount of the light mixture and flatten, over it half the amount of the dark mixture and above all sprinkle chocolate chips of both types.
Again pour the remaining light half, over it dark and finish with the chocolate drippings of both types.
