(ANSA) - PARIS, 03 NOV - Senegalese Mohamed Mbougar Sarr, 31, won the Prix Goncourt, the most prestigious French literary prize, with "La plus secrète mémoire des hommes".
Mbougar Sarr had been designated a favorite by several literary critics.
It is the first time that the award goes to a Senegalese writer.
