(ANSA) - TRIESTE, 04 NOV - Until November 30, the organizers of events in the Municipality of Trieste must provide for the presence of easily recognizable personnel who, during the event, check the interpersonal distancing between the participants and that they wear masks. The number of control personnel must be no less than the ratio 1 to 100 compared to the number of demonstrators and the names must be delivered to the Police Headquarters.
This is the content of the urgent ordinance issued by the mayor of Trieste, Roberto Dipiazza, to deal with the epidemiological emergency.
The ordinance is effective from 00.00 tomorrow, 5 November to midnight on 30 November; its non-compliance will result in a pecuniary administrative sanction from 400 to one thousand euros.
The provision, announced by the mayor Dipiazza during the press conference of November 1st in the Region, was decided on the basis of the increase in infections in Fvg and especially in Trieste, due in particular to an outbreak attributable to the participants in protests against the obligatory nature of the Green pass.
