After a year of forced stop to physical events due to the health emergency, the National Panettone and Pandoro Fair returns, which this year reaches its thirteenth edition. The exhibition includes two appointments, the first in Milan on 20 and 21 November 2021, at the Navigli Museum, and the second in Rome on 4 and 5 December in the rooms of the Cristoforo Colombo Hotel.

The review, first of the two stages in Milan and Rome, also includes a preview of the event on 13 and 14 November with tastings of some of the Master Pastry Chefs of the National Panettone and Pandoro Fair circuit who will be present in Vetralla, in the province of Viterbo, at the Reign of Santa Claus in the Victorian Village.

The event, organized in partnership with the Italian Consortium of Artisan Panettone (official body for the protection and enhancement of the most important leavened product in Italy), will be divided into some initiatives to support the promotion of leavened products and companies: the "Ambassador of Panettone" Contest ", awarded by a popular jury, the" Panettone Restart "Prize, dedicated to the coronation of creative panettone, and the" Dolce Dante "Prize, organized on the occasion of the 700th anniversary of the death of the Supreme Poet.
