The famous tea hour in England is the most magical hour of the day.
Sit, relax and indulge in a small sandwich or pastry next to a cup of tea.
The scones are one of the most beloved and famous in the traditional tea hours.
There are not many favorite classics that can be attributed to English cuisine, but the scones are without a doubt one of the winning inventions that this cuisine has brought out of its hands - soft and wonderful rolls enriched with butter, yogurt or cream in a sweet, or salty version.
I love their sweet version.
This time inlaid with frozen berries like raspberries, blueberries and possibly cherries along with white chocolate cubes, which for me is a perfect pairing for the sour fruits.

Ingredients
3 cups flour (420 g)
1 teaspoon yeast
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ cup sugar (100 g)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
150 grams of soft butter at room temperature
2 eggs
1 natural yogurt (240 ml)
¾ Milk (180 ml)
1 cup frozen berries
100 g coarsely chopped white chocolate

Preparation
How do you make berry scones and white chocolate?
1 Mix together the flour, sugar and yeast.
2 Make a hole and pour into it the rest of the ingredients, except the chocolate and berries.
Mix well with a wooden spoon until a sticky and thin dough is obtained.
Leave to swell in a covered bowl for 30 minutes.
3 Mix the mass again with a wooden spoon and pour into a greased or lined baking tray lined with baking paper to half the height of each socket.
Place a few berries and white chocolate in each socket, top with another tablespoon of the mass and finally place the fruit and chocolate on top of each pastry again.
4 Preheat oven to 170 degrees and put the pastries in for 20-25 minutes.
