(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, NOVEMBER 07 - The legal service of the European Parliament today received the official communication of the decision of the president of the EU Court to temporarily suspend the obligation of the five MEPs who challenged this measure to present the Covid certificate ". Brussels.
Jaume Duch, spokesman for the EU Parliament, specifies that "the decision to present the certificate remains in force for everyone, with the exception of those who have submitted an application", who must submit a negative self-test (done in presence) or a PCR test and "up to further decision of the Court ".
"We are satisfied that the court is demanding a negative test from these people and therefore confirms that without proof of non-contamination entry to Parliament is prohibited", adds Jaume.
