(ANSA) - ROME, 08 NOV - Parliament approves "before the end of the legislature" a law on the double surname for children, as requested several times by the Constitutional Court.
This is the hope expressed by the President of the Senate Maria Elisabetta Casellati in a message to the Conference organized by the Network for Equality and to the Intergroup of Women, on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the decision of the Council which judged the legislation still in force for which the unborn is illegitimate. given the surname of the father alone.
