From tomorrow: Tourists (in groups only) without a third vaccine will be allowed to enter Israel
As part of the easing of the tourist entry plan for Israel, tourist groups with only two vaccines will be able to enter the country, as long as they meet conditions that are not yet easy - such as daily antigen tests or PCR performed up to 3 days earlier.
Also, the facilities are for groups only, not for individual tourists

The move that will bring tourists back to Israel? Starting tomorrow (November 9), groups of tourists vaccinated with two vaccines will be able to enter Israel, even if more than six months have passed from the date of receipt of the vaccine. The announcement comes as part of a reopening of incoming tourism to Israel, when last night (Sunday) the Corona Cabinet approved in a telephone poll the outline of the groups initiated by Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz and Tourism Minister Yoel Rezbozov. However, tourists must meet the following conditions:
- Obtain an entry permit from the Ministry of Tourism before arriving in Israel.
- All members of the group have been vaccinated with vaccines approved by the World Health Organization (even if more than six months have passed since receiving the vaccine).
- The members of the group come from "green" and "yellow" countries according to the classification of the Ministry of Health.
- The group will be run as a capsule, with restrictions on walking around in places with an increased risk of infection.
The groups will count 5 to 40 tourists.
- During the first 7 days of their stay, the unprotected tourists in the group will at all times hold confirmation of a negative result in a PCR test performed during the last 72 hours or a negative result in an antigen test performed during the last 24 hours.
- The group leader will report to the Ministry of Tourism on the performance of the tests as required and will also keep a record of the group's conduct, contacts, places and visiting hours, and will give it to an epidemiological researcher if a patient is found in the group.
