A leak shared by tech informant Jon Prosser anticipates the alleged launch date of Samsung's next smartphones.
According to rumors, the Galaxy S21 FE, 'fan edition', will see the light on January 4th, while the Galaxy S22 family a month later, on February 8th.
The assumption is based on Samsung's willingness to return to present a flagship product at the Consumer Electronic Show in Las Vegas, which will be held from 5 to 8 January 2022.
As with the main tech fairs in the world, usually the giants present tend to unveil their products a day or two before the official opening of the event, to then show them to visitors. In a tweet, Prosser states that the Galaxy S21 FE will go on sale on January 11 with no pre-order period, while reservations for the S22 are expected to start on February 8, with the device becoming available on February 18. Also in this case, the S22 will bring forward the start of the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona by a few days, scheduled from February 28 to March 3. The Galaxy S22 series will reportedly consist of three models: Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 Pro, and Galaxy S22 Ultra. The first two in line with the current versions while the S22 undergoes a radical change, with the possible presence of a lower slot in which the S Pen will find space, a detail inherited from the Galaxy Note series, unofficially replaced by the Galaxy Fold and Galaxy Flip.
The onboard processor could be, in the international version, the Snapdragon 898, likely protagonist of the next Tech Summit organized by Qualcomm.
