A crowd movement left eight dead and many injured on Friday, November 5, at the Astroworld music festival in Texas.
According to the authorities, around 9 p.m., during the concert of rapper Travis Scott, the crowd began to rush to the front of the stage, causing a start of panic and the first injuries.
Spectators began to fall and lose consciousness, which generated further panic.
Fans, victims of the crowd movement, have filed a complaint against rappers Travis Scott and Drake, accused of negligence and of having "incited" to chaos.

In a tweet Sunday evening, the Texas firm Thomas J. Henry Law announced to represent several victims.
One of them, Kristian Paredes, 23, said she was "seriously injured" during the concert, according to the Daily Mail which had access to the text of the complaint.
The Texan says the deaths and injuries are due to "the negligence and recklessness" of the defendants, their agents and their employees.
The plaintiff is also suing the concert organizers, Live Nation, and the performance hall.
"Several people begged Live Nation security agents to help them, but were ignored," said the text, quoted by media.
Nearly 50,000 people were in the crowd at the festival.
