(ANSA) - REGGIO EMILIA, 09 NOV - A minor is being investigated by the Prosecutor's Office of Bologna, on charges of intentional homicide for the death of a 46-year-old in the Reggio Apennines which occurred four days ago.
The deceased man, Walter Fornaciari, was found one night ago, unconscious, along the road in the center of Casina.
Initially it was thought of a fall, but the investigators' investigations revealed details that did not match.
From some testimonies and video surveillance images, a group of young people would have come up and approached the man.
Among these the minor under investigation who would have pushed him.
