(ANSA) - MILAN, 09 NOV - The lawyers of Eitan's maternal grandparents, the little survivor of the Mottarone tragedy and at the center of a dispute between two family branches, have asked the Court of Pavia that paternal aunt Aya be removed from the position of guardian with immediate suspension and that a 'third' lawyer be appointed pro-guardian.
It was learned in merit at the hearing that was held today arising from the complaint against the appointment which also gave rise to a proceeding before the Milan Juvenile Court.
The grandparents' lawyers also asked that the documents on the appointment of the aunt be sent to the Turin Public Prosecutor's Office for false profiles.
