The sea-saving bill was approved by the Senate with 220 votes in favor, no against and 15 abstentions, in the drafting session.
Fratelli d'Italia had announced the abstention in the Chamber. The provision, on the promotion of waste recovery at sea and the circular economy, was approved in Montecitorio on 24 October 2019.
