In front of the Elysee Palace, some 200 newcomers, or almost, patiently queue to show their white paw, either invitation and sanitary pass.
They are overwhelmingly young, laughing, with a whole panoply of asymmetrical cuts and unstructured hairstyles that exude fine art and unbridled creativity.
On this Monday, November 8, at 6.30 p.m., they are waiting to enter the sanctuary of the Republic of which they are suddenly the heroes.

Shortly, the President of the Republic will receive them in person and will launch in front of this audience, much younger than usual, the “
New Worlds
” program, a new title to talk about the very concrete public order (the global envelope is 30 million euros!).
Of the 3,200 candidates claiming this windfall from the State, some 264 projects were chosen, which, taking into account the 85 collectives, already represents nearly 430 people.
