(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, 09 NOV - A United States federal judge has ruled that the White House documents that could involve former President Donald Trump in the January 6 attack on Capitol Hill can be released to the Congressional commission that investigates violence.
According to the court, "the public interest consists in allowing - but not enjoining - the combined will of the legislative and executive branches to study the events leading up to the attacks and to consider legislation to prevent such events from ever occurring again."
